Marketplace Android App Development

I’m looking for a freelancer to help build a Android apl. The platform will allow two types of users:

Sellers (farmers/cooperatives): Create listings with crop details, photos, and pricing

Buyers (wholesalers, retailers, restaurants): Search and filter listings, contact sellers, and place orders


Key Features Needed:

1. User accounts (farmer / buyer)

2. Product listings (photos, quantity, price, category)


3. Search + filters (by crop type, location, quality, etc.)


4. In-app messaging between sellers and buyers


5. Basic order tracking (order placed → confirmed → delivered)


6. Rating/review system for trust and reliability



Technical Preferences (flexible):

Mobile-friendly web app (React or Next.js preferred)

Backend with Firebase / Supabase (or your recommended alternative)

Simple, clean UI for smartphone users

Multilingual-ready (English + local languages later)


Deliverables:

A working prototype with the above features

Source code and documentation
