Jobs Portal & Android Apps

I want a fully-featured jobs portal that works seamlessly on the web and through a companion Android app. The heart of the platform is a robust Job Listings module, so fast search, clear categorisation, and simple posting tools are critical. Listings must cover full-time, part-time, and freelance roles, and users on both sides of the market—job seekers and employers—need their own profile areas to manage ads, applications, and saved searches.
Please build a single backend (API-driven) that powers both the responsive website and the Android app, with an admin dashboard where I can moderate content and run basic analytics. Modern, maintainable code, clean UI/UX, and Play Store–ready packaging for the app are expected.
