Internal Android App for Water Service -- 2

Project: Android App for Water Filter Service (Internal Use, Azerbaijani Language UI)
We need an Android app for internal company use to track water filter installations, service dates, and credit-based sales. The app should automatically list:
Customers whose service period (6 months) has expired
Customers who purchased devices on credit and have due payments
Required Features:
Customer name, phone number, location
Device name (e.g. Waterboss 900)
Installation or service date
Default service cycle: 6 months
Purchased on credit? (Yes/No)
Total price
Remaining debt
Payment plan (e.g. 50 AZN × 7 months)
Last payment date
The app must include:
“To-Do List” showing all customers whose 6-month filter period has ended
“Upcoming Payments List” showing customers with due credit installments
Buttons to mark as "Service Completed" or "Payment Collected", which reset the schedule or reduce remaining balance
Archive section for past work and completed payments
Security & Ownership Requirements:
All data (customers, payments) must be stored locally on the device using SQLite or Room
No online/cloud storage or external access allowed
The source code and admin credentials must be fully handed over after delivery The developer must not reuse or access customer data in any way The app and data must be 100% owned and controlled by us Technical Notes: Platform: Android (Java or Kotlin preferred)
App must work 100% offline User interface must be in Azerbaijani language (we can provide translations)
Simple, clean layout optimized for technician use We may expand the app in the future with a backup or web version – please structure the app in a way that it’s expandable.
Additional Feature Requested: Include functionality to send an automatic WhatsApp message when a customer’s filter replacement date is due.
