Help needed to restore android app in google playstore

We detected that your app currently contains spyware code that transmits personal data off the device without adequate notice or consent.

For example, your app is uploading users' contact list information to https://api.forpay.in/ without posting a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Console and from within the Play distributed app itself.





I have already updated according the policy , same app was send for review but again rejected
