Help me finish off my Flutter App Template: Firebase Backend, Admin/Panel, Delivery app

Looking for an experienced Android developer to complete a project, I recently purchased on codecanyon. The task is completing and developing a already existing food-delivery app.
I'm looking for someone that can continue/finish the work to provide the complete design, develop a backend api. I'm not opposed to a redesign or enhancements to the current look and feel. I have a very clear vision of the products functionality and features. I'm looking for someone that can enhance the concept with good UI/UX design(Color scheme and Logos).
The initial effort will be a mobile app , however, I do see the need for a web app experience as well.
Expected output:
- Create a working backend and backend API
- Complete Reskin(color) of all screens
- Ability to upload into play store(You will be provided with Google Developer account details)
