Full-Time Android Developer Needed

I'm seeking a skilled and dedicated freelance Android Developer to join my team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Android applications
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Optimize performance and ensure app stability
- Deliver features on time in an agile environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
- Knowledge of MVVM or similar architecture
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work full-time (8 hours/day, Mon–Fri)

This is a remote freelance position with immediate start. Competitive compensation based on experience.
