Flight Planning and Risk Assessment
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am a professional drone pilot and one of the tedious parts of the job is that we have to fill out a Risk Assessment form prior to each flight and follow a bunch of check lists. I have made a Google forms version of the Risk Assessment but it only allows for one entry, I need to be able to add additional risks if they exist. I would like to have this risk assessment form available as an android app for phone that then produces a printable PDF of the input information. I have attached the PDF form that I would like produced from the input data. In addition, I need a series of checklists that could also be printed out as PDF's. I have attached the checklists. I would like a Main Menu that has the following:

Under filght check lists, each checklist would be a separate menu item and each would be able to produce a printable PDF.
