Fix Play Store IP Violation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My Android app was taken down for a policy violation tied specifically to an intellectual-property issue—Google flagged copyrighted materials embedded in the build. I need a developer who can quickly audit the current codebase, locate every copyrighted asset that doesn’t belong to me, swap or remove those items, and prepare a clean release (AAB) that satisfies the Play Console review.
Scope of work
• Examine the source in Android Studio (Java/Kotlin) and the store listing to spot any copyrighted images, audio, text, or third-party libraries without proper licenses.
• Replace or strip out the offending content, ensuring any new assets are free to use or properly licensed.
• Update package identifiers, manifest, and screenshots if they reference the removed material.
• Produce a concise change log so I can respond clearly to Google’s appeal form.
• Deliver a signed, ready-to-upload AAB plus the updated metadata.
• Provide brief guidance on the appeal/resubmission process until the app is back online.
Acceptance criteria
1. Google Play no longer flags the build for intellectual-property violations.
2. All replacement assets are demonstrably royalty-free or licensed for my use.
3. The app passes internal test track upload without warnings.
