Enhance Android App - Sales Management Module
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We already have an Android application developed for Baljwan Medicines that is primarily used by sales representatives to manage clients and offer promotional schemes through a Wheel Game module. The existing application includes user authentication (login/signup), client creation, and the Wheel Game functionality. This existing workflow should remain completely unchanged.
We want to enhance the existing application by integrating a new Sales Management Module within the same app. After login, the sales representative should be redirected to a dashboard that provides quick insights into their daily activities and performance while also allowing access to the existing Offers (Wheel Game) module.
The first phase of this module will consist of three core functionalities:
1. Attendance Management
A GPS and live selfie-based attendance system where employees can mark check-in and check-out. Attendance should only be marked if the employee is present within their assigned work location (configured by the admin). If the location does not match, the employee should be able to raise an approval request, which can be reviewed and approved/rejected by the admin. Attendance history and working hours should also be maintained.
2. Sales Target Management
Employees should be able to monitor their Monthly and Quarterly sales targets, achievement percentage, remaining target, party-wise sales, and product-wise sales. Targets will be assigned by the admin. Sales data should be fetched automatically from Busy Accounting Software through a scheduled synchronization every night at 11:00 PM. Since Busy does not maintain Sales Representative information, the application should maintain a Party-to-Sales Representative mapping in the Admin Portal. During synchronization, invoice values should be assigned to the mapped sales representative and target achievement should be updated automatically.
3. Expense Management
Employees should be able to submit official business expenses by entering expense details, uploading receipts, and automatically capturing GPS location and submission time. The admin should be able to review, approve, partially approve, or reject expenses with remarks. Employees should also be able to track the status of their submitted expenses.
The solution should include separate Employee and Admin portals. The application architecture should be modular and scalable so that additional features such as Daily Working Reports (DWR), Leave Management, Fund Requests, Tour Planning, Party Visit Tracking, and Analytics can be added in future phases without affecting the existing system.
