Deploy Trading Platform & Android App

I already have the full codebase for a web-based trading platform and its companion Android application; both run smoothly in staging but still need a rock-solid production rollout. I’m looking for someone who has taken high-traffic, finance-grade systems from “works on my machine” to a fully monitored, auto-scaling, and secure live environment—and who can do the same for an APK on Google Play.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Production deployment of the web platform to a cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure—happy to follow your best-practice recommendation).
• End-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI so that every push can reach staging and production with zero-downtime blue/green releases.
• Hardened security: TLS, WAF rules, encrypted secrets, role-based access, and compliance with standard OWASP guidelines.
• Performance tuning of real-time data streams and trade execution endpoints so latency stays sub-100 ms under load.
• Publishing the Android app to Google Play, including signing, versioning, and Play Console setup, with staged rollout and crash analytics via Firebase or Crashlytics.
• Clear hand-off documentation that lets my internal team maintain and extend the setup.

Acceptance criteria
1. Web platform reachable at its production URL, passing smoke tests, and auto-scaling under a load test of 10k concurrent users.
2. Android app live on Google Play (production track) and pointing to the same production API.
3. CI/CD pipelines green from commit through deployment with rollback capability demonstrated.
4. Security scan reports showing zero critical vulnerabilities.
