Custom Android App for Security Personnel Management

Hello, we are a small security company and we are just getting started.

However, I need a mobile app for Android that also includes a web management platform. This application is intended for managing and monitoring security guards.

App features:

Clock-in and clock-out (start and end of shifts)
Incident reporting
Event/occurrence reporting
Visitor logging

Currently, there are apps such as Security Guard, GuardsPro, App 4Patrol, Timemark, among others, that are used for managing and supervising security guards. However, they require a monthly subscription.

I am looking for someone to help me create a simple app — not too complex — but effective for managing security personnel.

This app will be used on Android devices, and the full source code must be delivered and installed on our hosting. In other words, we need to be able to use it permanently without any monthly fees.

If you already have an app developed or in use, that would be even better.
