Create basic android app.

I need a basic Android app for my organisation's internal usage. The sales team calls different customers every day. I want an Android app. Which will collect this data and send it to the CRM API. I have access to all phones, So we can access and give any permission to the app. We don't have to publish it to the Play Store. It can be installed directly. we need datails of call, call duration, location of phone while call was made. was it incoming, outgoing or missed call. Also it should hit API as soon as call ends.
