Convert Figma Design to APK

I already have a simple, two-screen mobile app fully laid out in Figma and now need that design turned into a working Android APK. The job is purely about translating those visuals into clean, functional code, keeping the look same as figma design. The functionality of the application is available in html format.

You will receive the Figma link as soon as we start; it contains all spacing, colours and assets. I’m only targeting Android at this stage, so please build with whatever stack you prefer—Android Studio (Kotlin or Java) or a cross-platform tool such as Flutter—so long as the final result installs and runs smoothly on modern Android devices.

Key expectations
• Mirror the two Figma pages exactly, including typography and interactions (simple navigation between the screens, no complex backend).
• Package and sign both debug and release APKs.
• Provide the complete, well-commented source code plus a brief read-me so I can open and rebuild the project myself.
