Complete Android E-commerce App

I am building a new online store and need a full-featured Android application created from scratch, including all UI/UX design. The user side must allow Google sign-in (along with the usual email option), quick product search, add-to-cart, Cash-on-Delivery checkout only, and live order-tracking with push notifications.

On the back end I require an admin panel where I can add or edit products, manage inventory and pricing, approve or cancel orders, update shipment status, and view basic sales analytics. The panel can be web-based or an Android companion—whichever stack you feel delivers the most reliable result.

Please outline in your proposal:

• The technologies you would use for the Android build and for the admin portal
• A realistic timeline with key milestones
• Links to previous Android e-commerce apps you have shipped

Acceptance will be based on:

• Source code that builds cleanly in the latest stable Android Studio
• Deployed, fully functioning admin dashboard connected to the app
• Seamless Google login and COD checkout flows, both tested end-to-end
• Real-time order-status updates for shoppers and admins
• Clear documentation for build, deployment, and routine maintenance
