Complete Android Driver Hire Platform

I need a full Android-based ecosystem that lets customers hire private drivers, drivers receive and manage those bookings, and I stay in control from an admin dashboard.

Customer app
• Secure e-mail / phone login
• Book-a-Driver flow with pickup, drop-off, time and fare fields
• Profile section for past trips, saved addresses and personal details
• Ratings & reviews so riders can score each driver
• PhonePe QR scanner in the checkout screen (no other online gateway)

Driver app
• Secure login linked to my database
• Real-time booking feed with accept / reject controls
• Live Google Maps turn-by-turn navigation from pickup to destination
• Earnings, trip history and profile screens

Admin panel (mobile-responsive web or separate APK, your choice)
• User, driver and trip management
• Manual booking creation / reassignment
• Analytics on completed rides, ratings and earnings
• Content & promo banner management

Design
I have no existing assets, so all UI/UX, iconography and color systems must be created from scratch and delivered as editable design files.

Code & tech hand-off
I expect clean, well-commented source code for each module, a SQL or Firebase-style backend schema, plus a written, step-by-step guide that lets me open the project in Android Studio, build the APKs on my computer, and push updates from a mobile Git client if needed.
