Clone Android Offer App

I want an Android-only offer app that works and feels just like the one in the Play Store link I provided. The goal is to mirror every user-facing function—browsing deals, viewing offer details, redeeming or sharing them—while re-skinning it with my branding.

You can build in Kotlin or Java; just keep the code clean and well-commented. A lightweight back-end such as Firebase is fine as long as I get a small admin dashboard where I can create, edit and remove offers in real time and push notifications when a new deal goes live.
