Build a responsive Android App with Bluetooth connectivity for car diagnostics

This is going to be a data logging App. It'll be able to connect with a car (through a Bluetooth dongle) and send all the necessary commands to the onboard control units to communicate with it and extract information in real-time. This information will be Simplified and displayed over the App in a predefined format. Some of the Apps similar to this (For example- carista, Torque pro etc.) are already available on the play store....you can check them out.
