Build me an app for iOS and Android devices

I would like to build an iOS+Android app that allows people to manage their video game backlog and/or wish list and share a view of them with their friends. I already have the wireframes created but would need creative design and development done.

The primary features I want are the ability to:
• Charge a fee for access to certain features in the app (freemium model)
• Manage multiple backlogs and wish lists
• Save backlog either locally or in the cloud
• Search for games to potentially add to their backlog and wish lists
• If game isn’t available through the search, ability to manually input game info and then add to backlog
• Update the “status” of their games (i.e., currently playing, finished, taking a break, etc.)
• Add their “playing time” to a calendar to help plan their playing time
• Keep track of their backlog stats (i.e., total games in backlog, total games finished, total games rated, etc.)
• Press a button to randomly choose a game from their backlog
• Follow/unfollow friends
• View friends’ backlogs and wish lists
• Message friends through private message
• Update specific in-app links via an admin panel
• Include Google Analytics
