Build an Android version of my iOS app

I have an iOS app that was developed a few years ago with my business partner. I just bought his portion of the company, so now I am the sole owner of the app.
I want to add more features to this app.
I also want someone to create an Android version of this app.

This is an education app. I also want the app to connect to our database so that I can see the results of the students' quizzes, time spent on the app, etc.
I want the app to allow me to present short video and audio recordings to the user. These will probably be under 10 minutes in length.
