Build Android E-Commerce App

Project Scope

The core applications are already developed and deployed. Your role will focus on improving the existing apps, implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing architectural bottlenecks, and preparing the platform for large-scale growth.

### Responsibilities

#### Customer App

* Improve UI/UX and overall user journey
* Optimize app performance and loading speed
* Enhance business discovery and search functionality
* Improve chat and communication features
* Implement new customer engagement features
* Improve notifications and user retention mechanisms
* Fix bugs and ensure smooth operation across Android devices

#### Vendor App

* Improve vendor dashboard and analytics
* Enhance business profile management
* Improve lead and customer interaction workflows
* Add operational and business management tools
* Optimize notification and communication systems
* Improve stability and performance

#### Backend & Infrastructure

* Review and optimize existing backend architecture
* Improve API performance and scalability
* Database optimization and restructuring where required
* Implement monitoring, logging, and security best practices
* Prepare infrastructure for growth and higher traffic volumes

### Preferred Technical Skills

* Android Development (Kotlin preferred)
* Java (optional)
* Firebase
* REST APIs
* Node.js / Django / Laravel (any strong backend framework)
* AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean deployment experience
* Database optimization and scaling
* Push notification implementation
* Real-time communication systems
