Overview:
WearWave AI is a calendar-aware, location-based discovery app connecting local merchants with nearby customers around festivals and local events (starting with Hyderabad). I need a fully working Android app — not just a backend demo — covering both the consumer and merchant experience. I have a UI/UX reference prototype, sample data, and a documented AI logic flow ready to hand off.

Consumer side:
Home feed showing nearby merchant offers, ranked by a calendar-aware "upcoming festival" signal
Merchant detail view with offer info and distance
"Why am I seeing this" explainer (shows which signal — calendar or location — triggered the recommendation)
Merchant side:
QR-based check-in: merchant gets a printable QR code; customer scan logs a check-in event
Simple dashboard: check-in count, footfall trend, days-to-next-festival alert
Create/publish a time-bound offer that appears live in the consumer feed
Backend:
REST API + database (merchants, offers, check-ins)
Location-based merchant matching (real distance calculation)
Festival calendar logic (dataset provided)
