I have the concept, branding, and market research ready for a new mobile platform that connects people in the Middle East with freelance jobs. Now I need a full-cycle Android developer to turn that concept into a polished Google Play release available in both Arabic and English.
Core scope
• Build a clean Android app that defaults to the device language and lets users toggle effortlessly between Arabic and English.
• The heart of the product is a freelance-jobs board, so robust search and filter tools are essential—think keyword, category, city, and pay-range.
• New users sign up with a straightforward email-and-password flow; once verified they can browse gigs immediately.
• When the APK is production-ready, handle the entire publishing process: store listing, screenshots (Arabic & English), signing, and rollout on the Google Play Console.
Acceptance criteria
1. Single codebase (Java or Kotlin) with full RTL support and translated strings.
2. Search returns accurate, paginated results in <1 s on a mid-range device.
3. All screens pass Google’s accessibility checks in both languages.
4. Release build uploaded and approved in Google Play under my account.
Hand-off deliverables
• Source code in a private Git repo
• Play Store assets (icons, graphics, localized descriptions)
• Signed AAB / APK ready for production
• Documentation for future maintenance and string updates
