App Android for streaming video/audio peer2peer aver Internet

Service for the development of an android app for peer2peer over internet video-streaming:

1. RECEIVER / CALLER app mode, the same app must have caller and receiver functionality to.
a. RECEIVER mode receives only incoming calls:
 Ring that alerts you to the call
 Starts video conversation, or can reject the call.
 The user must be able to hide the video and make only a voice call.
 The app receives GPS position (translates into full address with google service) from the caller and shows it on the video of the RECEIVER app.
b. CALLER mode only makes a call to the server and starts the video conversation
 It receives in input the address of the device to be called type: http: // ipdevice: port
 CALL KEY, STOP CALL, RECALL

2. The App must perform two-way audio / video streaming
3. App must have wrapper for use with B4A ANYWHERE SOFTWARE development environment (https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html)
