I’m looking for an Android developer who can deliver a reliable child-protection audio monitor in a short timeframe. The app must:

• Continuously record surrounding audio or start/stop recording on command
• Offer live audio streaming so I can listen to the phone’s environment in real time
• Trigger sound-level notifications (simple alert when noise is detected)
• Let me start/stop recording remotely and fetch saved files from anywhere—cloud, secure FTP, or a lightweight web panel are all acceptable as long as access is protected
We simply want an APK not designs or anything like that
