Android Workflow Automation App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clean, lightweight Android application that automates our internal workflows so my team can stop juggling spreadsheets and chat threads. The entire focus is on streamlining tasks:
• Scheduling & reminders – users must be able to set recurring or one-off events, receive push notifications, and see everything in a consolidated calendar view.
• Task assignment – a simple interface to create, assign, reassign, and track task status, with role-based visibility.
• Reporting & analytics – exportable summaries and at-a-glance dashboards that show completed vs. pending work, overdue items, and basic productivity metrics.
Core requirements
– Native Android build (Kotlin or Java in Android Studio).
– Local data persistence with optional cloud sync (Firebase, SQLite, or a solution you propose).
– Modern Material 3 UI so the app feels intuitive from first launch.
– Source-controlled code (Git) and clear, developer-level documentation.
Acceptance criteria
1. APK runs smoothly on Android 10+.
2. All three feature areas above function without crashes and pass a brief user-acceptance walkthrough.
3. Code repository, build instructions, and a short video demo are delivered on hand-over.
