Android Utility App Partnership
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m planning a new utility-style Android application and want to team up with a developer who can turn the concept into a polished product. The goal is a single code-base that runs smoothly on smartphones, tablets, and popular wearable devices.
Scope
• Shape the core feature set with me from early wireframes through a functional MVP.
• Build clean, maintainable Kotlin/Java code that follows current Android best practices, Material Design, and responsive-layout guidelines.
• Handle Play Store preparation—package signing, versioning, and listing assets.
• Set up a lightweight CI/CD flow (GitHub Actions or similar) so future iterations ship quickly.
• Provide basic analytics hooks and crash reporting for post-launch insight.
What I’ll supply
• Initial sketches, user stories, and brand assets.
• Timely feedback and access to any third-party APIs we decide to integrate.
Ideal partner
Someone comfortable optimising for multiple form factors, familiar with Jetpack components, and open to periodic strategy calls.
Deliverables
1. Source code in a private Git repo.
2. Installable APK/AAB ready for Play Store submission.
3. A concise setup guide and README.
If this sounds like a project you’d enjoy, tell me about a recent utility app you built and your preferred workflow.
