Android Utility App Development

I'm building a lightweight, no-frills utility app for Android—think along the lines of a calculator or simple productivity tool that lets users get a task done quickly without ads, social feeds, or sign-ups. I have the core concept sketched out on paper, but I need an experienced Android developer to turn those sketches into a polished, Play-Store-ready application.
What I’m after
• Native Android build (Android Studio with Kotlin or Java—whichever you’re most comfortable with).
• Clean Material-design interface that scales from Android 8.0 upward.
• Smooth offline performance; the app should start instantly and work without network access.
• Solid, well-commented code so future updates are straightforward.
• Basic analytics hook (Firebase or a comparable lightweight solution) to track feature usage.
Deliverables
• Compiled APK for testing and final release.
• Complete, organised source code in a Git repository.
• One-page build/setup guide so I can recompile locally.
• Brief user manual outlining core screens and functions.
Acceptance criteria
1. App installs on devices running Android 8.0+ with no crashes during normal use.
2. All primary functions operate within 200 ms response time on a mid-range phone.
3. UI passes Google’s accessibility scanner with no critical issues.
