Android Utility App Development

I have a clear concept for a practical utility application and want it built natively for Android. The goal is a smooth, lightweight tool that installs easily from Google Play, follows current Material 3 guidelines, and runs reliably down to API 24.

You will take the project from first APK to a polished launch version, including UI, core features, simple onboarding, and basic analytics hooks (Firebase is fine). Source code must be clean, well-commented, and handed over in a Git repository so I can follow future changes.
