Android Social Networking App Development

I’m ready to bring a new social networking experience to Android and need a skilled mobile developer who can take it from concept to Google Play. The app will be Android-only for now, so I’m looking for someone comfortable working natively in Kotlin or Java, integrating common social features—user registration, profile editing, a feed for posts, likes/comments, basic in-app messaging, and push notifications.
