Android Social Media App Development

I’m completely new to app development and need a reliable partner to turn my idea into a working Android-only social media application. The core of the job is end-to-end creation: planning the architecture, designing an intuitive UI/UX, coding the features typical to a social platform (user sign-up/login, profile pages, posting, likes/comments, and real-time notifications), and publishing the finished APK to the Play Store under my account.
Because I’m a beginner, clear, jargon-free explanations matter as much as clean code. Please be ready to walk me through milestones, share progress on version control (Git preferred), and hand over well-commented source files so I can learn from them. I’m open to your recommended tech stack—Kotlin or Java on Android Studio is fine as long as the app runs smoothly on recent Android versions.
