Android Social Media App Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to turn an idea into a fully functioning Android-only social media application. At this stage I still feel completely new to the process, so I need a partner who can guide me from concept to a tested APK on the Play Store.
Here is what I already know: the end
product must be an Android mobile app whose core purpose is social interaction—user profiles, posting, commenting, following, and real-time engagement are central to the experience. Everything else, from UI flow to backend architecture, is open for discussion as long as it supports that primary goal.
Because I am unfamiliar with the technical steps, I will rely on you to:
• map the feature set into a clear development roadmap
• design intuitive, modern screens in line with current Material guidelines
• build the app (Java / Kotlin or Flutter, whichever you feel best suits an Android-only launch)
• set up a secure backend for user accounts and media storage
• test across common Android devices and iterate on feedback
• deliver production-ready source code, documentation, and a signed release APK
Please highlight any previous social media or chat-driven apps you have shipped, the stack you propose, and an estimated timeline that shows key milestones. If you can also walk me through deployment to Google Play and basic maintenance after launch, that will be a plus.
