Core workflow
• Customers register or sign in with their phone number and a one-time OTP, browse available services, view worker profiles, and place a booking with preferred date, time, and address.
• Providers log in through their own portal, accept or decline jobs, and update job status.
• A real-time chat channel opens automatically after each confirmed booking so both sides can coordinate details without leaving the app.
• Secure in-app payments are processed at checkout, and each completed job triggers a mutual rating/review prompt, feeding a simple reputation system that surfaces top-rated professionals.
Essential modules you will deliver
1. Customer side Android app (Kotlin/Java or Flutter).
2. Provider side Android app or a dedicated provider mode inside the same APK—whichever is faster to maintain.
3. Basic admin API or panel for user, service, payment, and dispute oversight.
Acceptance criteria
• Phone-number/OTP login functions flawlessly across common Android versions.
• Service search, booking, cancellation, chat, payment, and ratings perform end-to-end on real devices and emulators.
• Code is clean, documented, and buildable with standard Android tooling.
• A short video walk-through and installation guide accompany the final APK/AAB and source code.
