Android Sequential Auto-Caller App

Job ID: 40612526

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need an Android application that can take a spreadsheet or CSV of phone numbers, dial each number one after the other, and play a fixed voice message automatically when the call connects. Once the message ends, the app should hang up and proceed to the next number until the entire list is complete.

Platform: Android is mandatory, and I have no preference between Java or Kotlin as long as the final APK runs smoothly on recent Android versions.

Core functions required
• Dial contact numbers sequentially from an imported list.
• Deliver an automated voice message (text-to-speech or pre-recorded audio) the moment the call is answered.
• Basic on-screen log that shows current number, start/end time, and call outcome so my operator can keep an eye on progress.

The workflow is fully automatic; my team member will simply monitor the screen to be sure everything proceeds correctly.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready APK plus full, well-commented source code.
2. Simple UI/UX that lets me upload or paste the number list, choose the audio file (or TTS text), and start/stop the campaign.
3. Setup notes so I can build and sign future versions myself.
4. Quick test video or screenshots demonstrating a successful run through at least three numbers.

I’m happy to discuss any telecom APIs or permissions you recommend to handle outbound calls and audio playback while staying within Android policy.
