I need an Android developer to create a screen recorder using MediaProjection. The app should always record a fixed 16:9 area (1920x1080) in landscape mode and crop any unused screen space.

Key requirements:

- Floating overlay with transparent buttons for:
- Start/Stop
- Pause/Resume
