Android School Management App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a streamlined Android application that lets our entire school community stay connected in one place. Students, Parents and Teachers will each have their own login and see only the information relevant to them.
Core features
• Push notifications for class updates, leave announcements and attendance alerts
• Automatic daily attendance reports sent to parents
• Secure in-app fee payment with downloadable receipts
• Simple dashboard for students (timetable, notices), parents (attendance, fees) and teachers (mark attendance, post updates)
• Cloud-based back-end so staff can update content from a web panel and data syncs instantly to every phone
Deliverables
• Production-ready Android app (APK + full source)
• Back-end/API and basic admin panel to manage users, attendance records, notices and fee transactions
• Integration with a popular Indian payment gateway or UPI
• One test build, one final build on acceptance, and Play Store release support
• Brief technical hand-over so our IT staff can maintain the system
