Android Ride-Sharing App Development

I’m building a mid-scope ride-sharing MVP for Android and need a developer who can take it from blank screen to working prototype.
Core flows
• Riders book a ride, drivers receive and accept requests.
• Real-time driver tracking on Google Maps.
• Secure in-app payment processing when the trip ends (Stripe or PayPal).
User roles
Rider and Driver, each with their own login, profile, and dashboard.
Extra polish I expect
• Rider-to-driver in-app messaging once a trip is accepted.
• Star ratings and written reviews after every ride.
• Persistent ride history that both roles can revisit.
Tech preferences (open to your suggestions)
Kotlin is ideal—Java acceptable—using MVVM or another clean architecture, Google Maps SDK for navigation, and Firebase (Realtime DB or Firestore) or a lightweight Node back end to handle bookings, chat, and push notifications.
Deliverables
• Two functional Android APKs, or one app with a role switch.
• Complete, well-commented source code and build instructions.
• Cloud back-end or functions covering booking, payments, and notifications.
• Setup guide listing required API keys and configuration steps.
