Android Resource Sharing App

I need to have an android app that when users have it installed, it shares some CPU, RAM, and ROM SPACE to each phone (group sharing of resources) like when a node is added to a server, it increases server performance and hard drive space. I need all phones to have a shared hard drive space that grows the more phones install the app. This is for Android needed.
