Android Recharge App Build

I’m looking for a developer who can create a reliable Android-only recharge application. The core job is to let users perform three kinds of prepaid transactions—mobile, DTH, and data-card recharges—inside one smooth, secure flow.
Scope of work
• Build a modern Android app (Java or Kotlin) with a clean, intuitive interface.
• Implement recharge flows for mobile, DTH and data card services, each with simple amount entry, confirmation, and status tracking.
• Add the following features:
– Multi-language support so users can switch languages from the settings screen.
– Push notifications for successful payments, offers, and reminders.
– In-app chat support that lets users talk to the help desk without leaving the app.
What I expect to receive
1. Fully-functional APK plus full source code.
2. Clear setup instructions (read-me or video walkthrough) so I can compile the project myself.
3. Brief documentation of key components and any third-party libraries or APIs used.
