Android Real Estate Services App
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I need an Android application that brings two things together under one roof: property-focused features for buyers, sellers and renters, and on-demand “mistri” (skilled worker) services for repairs, renovations and maintenance. The idea is to let users browse listings, schedule site visits, and, with the same account, hire verified carpenters, electricians, plumbers or other tradespeople.
Here is what I expect as the finished deliverable:
• A clean, modern UI that runs smoothly on current Android versions.
• Two interconnected modules—one for real-estate listings with search, filter and basic enquiry functions, and one for mistri bookings with service categories, pricing and simple time-slot selection.
• Secure user registration/login tied to phone number or email, plus a slim admin panel so my team can approve listings and service providers.
• Integrated payment gateway and order history for full transparency.
• Source code, build instructions and a short hand-over call so my in-house team can maintain the app.
