Android Payment Request Manager
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a production-ready Android app that lets our registered employees submit payment requests, have those requests routed to their manager for a straight approval, partial approval or rejection, and finally land with the accounts user who releases the funds and captures payment details.
Core flow
• Employee – must be able to sign in, send a payment request, keep an eye on its live status, and review how much money they have asked for in the current month and financial year.
• Manager – their only job inside the app is to approve, partially approve, or reject incoming requests; nothing more.
• Accounts – receives only the manager-approved amount, enters the UTR number, selects the payment mode, records the completion date, and marks the payment as released.
Important rules
• A single person may hold both the manager and accounts role, so role switching has to be seamless.
• Managers or accounts staff need an Excel export of any time-framed report they choose.
• Once we are happy with QA, you will publish the build under our existing Play Console listing; testing for usability, stability, and basic security sits with you.
Deliverables
1. Signed AAB/APK uploaded to Google Play.
2. Complete, comment-rich Android Studio (or compatible) source code so we can extend it later.
3. Basic deployment and build documentation.
Tech stack
I am comfortable with Kotlin/Java, Jetpack components, and a lightweight REST or Firebase backend, but feel free to suggest an equivalent approach as long as it meets the requirements above.
