Android Medicine E-Commerce App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a full-featured Android application that lets our customers browse, select, and purchase our line of medicines much like they would on 1mg. The flow should feel completely native to Android, built in Kotlin or Java with Android Studio, and backed by a clean, well-documented API.
Core experience
• Customers arrive at a home screen where they can quickly search for a product, view rich details (images, dosage, price, availability), add items to cart, and complete checkout through an integrated payment gateway (UPI, cards, wallets—whichever SDK you find most reliable).
• Each buyer should have a secure profile: sign-up / sign-in, address book, saved payment method, prescription upload, and order history.
• After purchase, real-time order tracking and push notifications will keep users informed from confirmation to delivery.
Tech & compliance notes
• Any sensitive data must be encrypted, and the app must be ready for Play Store review (runtime permissions, 64-bit support, adaptive icons, etc.).
• product and inventory APIs should be included.
• Code should be modular, MVVM-friendly, and accompanied by brief setup documentation.
Success criteria
– Smooth search-to-checkout journey tested on Android 8-14 devices
– Payment gateway live in sandbox and production modes
– Login, profile management, and order tracking functioning without crashes or ANRs
– Clean source code delivered in a private Git repo with a short README for build and release steps
If this scope is clear, let’s confirm milestones and get started.
