Android Matka Gaming App with Admin
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to build and launch a real-money Matka gaming experience exclusively for Android users and I’m looking for someone who has already guided similar apps all the way onto Google Play without a hitch. The core gameplay will revolve around daily and weekly Matka game challenges, complete with live result updates that refresh instantly for every player. Each user must have a personal profile showing wallet balance, game history and winnings, and I want those accounts protected by two-factor authentication—OTP via SMS or email is fine, as long as it satisfies Google’s latest policy guidelines.
On the back end I need a full-featured web-based admin panel: I should be able to configure game timings and odds, push results in real time, view player analytics, handle deposits/withdrawals, and manage notifications. Clean, modular code in Kotlin (or Java if you have a strong reason) with Firebase, secure REST APIs and a scalable database are all acceptable approaches, provided they meet Play Store compliance for real-money gaming apps.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:

• Responsive admin panel with complete documentation
