Android Kiosk Facial ID / Temprature / Digital Signage
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 CAD
We are looking for an Andorid Developer to develop a Facial recognition / ID system with a temperature recording functionality. With Digital Signage.
This is a 2-piece project that will require a Server / Client application.
Android Client Application Requirements
The Android software needs to be able to recognize a Person based on a photo that is loaded into a user profile. If there are no Match, then they will be logged as a Visitor. The system will need to use a Text to speech solution to either welcome the known user, or welcome them as a guest, and announce their temperature. The Welcome message should be fully customizable.
The System will also need to be able to read weather a user is wearing a Mask or not. If the user is not wearing a mask, the system should notify the user with a custom response message. For example, “Please Wear a Mask” this message should be customizable.
The Android software should also support basic Digital Signage. That can have scheduling, for example Between 10am – 12PM play Ad campaign 1, between 12pm-8pm Play campaign 2. On Saturday and Sundays Play Ad campaign 3.
The Ads should be paused when a person walks up to the machine too, and then resume playing after the person walks away, the delay at which the ads start playing again should be configurable.
The ads should be able to support most major image formats, PNG, JPG, etc. as well as Videos.
The ads need 2 types on display configuration, either full Screen, or Screen split in half so you can have for example Still images on top, and a Video on the bottom. Or vise versa.
We should be able to add a customized Company Logo image on the bottom left corner of the screen while its is read person mode.
The ads should be downloaded Off the server and cached to the local unit. When there are updated, ads added to the server side, the machine should check those ads against its current ads and download the updated versions.
Questionnaire.
The Device should also support a custom question air. After it reads the persons temperature, they should be prompted with a customizable questionnaire that can consist of Yes / No Questions as well as user input text responses. This feature should be able to be turned On and Off. And customized on the Server level.
The Client should have a basic Control panel that is only accessible via a password. Where the operators can Add users too the unit, and take there initial image for future recognition.
Server Side.
The server to control this unit should be running off a PHP / MySQL backend and be able to be deployed on Windows / and Linux systems.
The server must have user profiles with granular security permissions too the different aspects of the software. Add min users that can control settings, and normal users that can only look at the Records.
The Android client should log too the server a Picture / Time / Temperature / Wearing a mask or not + questionnaire if turned on to the system.
The Server should be able to group multiple machines to the same group for easy deployment of settings.
The server should support multiple Organizations that are all independent of each other, but also allow for a Main system admin to be able to manage all organizations.
Each organization should also be able to group their machines into separate groups.
Server must be able to push out configurations too the Clients and should support Batch configurations. So, they can select specific machines or groups of machines to deploy the configuration settings too. As well as Questionnaires and Ad Campaigns.
Server should have a basic user portal where they can see the Last 20 people too enter, with there Picture timestamp, whether they passed the Questionnaire or Failed the questionnaire.
Both Android client and Server need to be English and French.
