New Freelancer at Low Budget Needed.
I have an existing Android app written entirely in Java and I’m looking for a junior-level developer who can jump in and help me with day-to-day tasks. The work is varied: sometimes it’s a quick bug fix, other times it’s refining a screen layout, wiring a new API call, or cleaning up legacy code so it compiles cleanly against the latest SDK.

You’ll work from my private Git repository. Each task will be created as a ticket with clear acceptance criteria and a target branch; when your pull request builds without errors and the ticket’s conditions are met, that task is considered complete. I’ll handle the final merge and Google Play deployment, so you can stay focused on code quality.

Deliverables for each ticket
• Updated, well-commented Java source files
• A brief commit message describing what changed and why
• A locally installable APK generated from the updated branch for quick testing

If you’re comfortable with Android Studio, the standard support libraries, and the usual debugging tools (Logcat, Profiler, etc.), this should be a smooth fit. Let me know your availability and how many hours per week you can realistically dedicate so we can keep the backlog moving steadily.
