1. Objective
To develop a simple Android mobile application that allows users to:
Browse workout categories (e.g., Biceps, Triceps, Chest, etc.)
View exercise videos under each category
Play videos smoothly within the app
The app is intended for client convenience and guided workouts, not for complex business operations.

The app should NOT include:
Login / Signup
Payment integration
Booking system
Chat / notifications (initial phase)
Keep the app simple, fast, and lightweight
3. Core Features
3.1 Category Listing Screen
Display list of workout categories:
Biceps
Triceps
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Legs
Abs
UI:
Grid or list view
Clean, modern design
3.2 Video Listing Screen (Per Category)
When user clicks a category:
Show list of videos under that category
Each video item should display:
Thumbnail
Video title
3.3 Pagination (Important)
Load 5 videos at a time
On scroll:
Load next 5 videos automatically (infinite scroll)
3.4 Video Playback
In-app video player OR embedded player
Smooth playback (no lag)
Fullscreen support
4. Video Source (IMPORTANT)
Preferred Approach:
Use YouTube (Unlisted Videos)
Structure:
Each category = YouTube Playlist
Example:
Playlist: “Triceps”

App Behavior:
Fetch videos from playlist
Display inside app
Play via embedded player
