Android Event Ticketing App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a production-ready Android application that lets event organisers publish events and lets attendees browse, purchase, and hold digital tickets. The core flow is straightforward: an organiser creates an event, sets up a seat map, and releases tickets; an attendee selects seats, pays inside the app, receives a unique QR code, and presents that code for scanning at the entrance.
Key must-haves
• QR-code tickets that can be scanned offline or online
• Graphic seat selection with real-time availability updates
• Secure, in-app payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or a proven Android-ready SDK—open to your recommendation)
Both user groups will access the same code-base, so clear role separation in the UI is important. I’m open to whether the organiser tools live in a dedicated section of the app or a lightweight companion web panel if that simplifies admin tasks; propose what you think offers the smoothest workflow.
Deliverables
1. Compiled APK for testing and a signed Play-Store-ready build
2. Full, well-commented source code
3. Brief setup and hand-over documentation (QR scanner dependencies, payment keys, seat map editing guide)
4. A short demo video or live walkthrough proving seat selection, payment, and on-device QR validation
Acceptance criteria: all three features work on a standard Android 12+ device without crashes, and ticket validation takes <2 s per scan.
