Android Emulator Setup for Google Play Integrity

I need an Android Studio emulator configured to pass Google Play Integrity requirements.

Requirements:
- Android version: Android 10
- Emulator must appear non-rooted or have proper root-hiding configuration
- Google Play Store must show device is certified in the settings
- In the Play Integrity API Checker app, both BASIC and DEVICE verdicts should return true
- Solution must work on a default Android Studio emulator image
- Provide a detailed step-by-step guide or a ready-to-use AVD configuration
