Android Developer for E-commerce MVP

I’m ready to take an early-stage e-commerce concept from paper to a functioning Android MVP and I need a developer who wants to build it side-by-side with me. The scope is a lean yet polished mobile app focused solely on Android for our first release.

Here’s what I’m picturing: a clean product catalogue, search, cart, checkout (initially through one payment gateway), basic user accounts, and an admin back-end or API so I can upload items and track orders. Nothing bloated—just the essential features that prove the business model and can be shown to investors.

I can cover a straight salary or, if you’d rather share the upside, we can structure an equity partnership; I’m flexible and happy to discuss whichever model motivates you most.

You’ll take the lead on:
• Choosing a modern Android stack—Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, or Flutter if cross-platform speed helps us later on.
• Setting up the repo, CI/CD and Play Store test track.
• Iterating in short sprints, handing me weekly builds so we can test assumptions quickly.

Deliverable for this phase: a deployable APK (or Play Store internal release) that reliably supports browse-to-checkout with basic analytics hooked in. Once the MVP is live, we’ll review traction and plan the next milestones together.
