Android Data Entry Utility

I’m looking for a straightforward Android app whose core purpose is to ease my task: quick, reliable data entry of numerical information. In addition to the mobile build, I also need a small companion application so I can review, edit, and export the same records on my computer.
Key requirements
• Clean, minimal input screens dedicated to numerical data entry
• Local storage with the option to export or sync (CSV, SQLite, or any lightweight format you recommend)
• Companion desktop or web-based viewer/editor that reads the same dataset
• Basic search, edit, and delete functions for existing entries
• Intuitive UI—no training manuals needed
Tech stack is flexible; standard Android SDK with Kotlin or Java is fine, and the companion app can be a lightweight desktop build (Electron, .NET, JavaFX) or a small web interface—whichever you’re fastest with.
