I’m building a focused e-commerce experience for Android and need a developer who can take the project from codebase setup to a polished release. The core requirement is seamless payment-gateway integration, and PayPal is the processor I’ve chosen. Beyond getting transactions to flow smoothly, the app must comply with Google Play policies and follow modern Android best practices so it performs reliably across current OS versions.
You’ll work in Android Studio (Kotlin or Java—your call) and structure the project so I can extend product listings and UI later without breaking the checkout logic. I already have the PayPal merchant credentials; you’ll wire these in, handle callbacks, error states, and test transactions in both sandbox and live modes.
What I expect as deliverables:
• A clean, well-documented Android Studio project with PayPal payment flow fully implemented
• A signed, upload-ready APK or AAB for review
• A concise handover guide explaining how to add products and update credentials
